OUR STORY
PolicyCoach Insurance Services was years in the making by our Head Insurance Coach, Eder Sanchez. Early in Eder’s career, the vision was to utilize the insurance industry to help break into the college and professional ranks of coaching basketball. During this pursuit, the agency kept growing steadily year after year with loyal and amazing clients.
Finally, after years of coaching all levels of the game of basketball and achieving success working with youth, high school, college and NBA players, Eder decided being away from home and family life for extended periods of time was not what he wanted. Channeling the same passion used for climbing the highest levels in the game of basketball, Eder decided to redirect that passion back to the insurance industry. Merging the two worlds made perfect sense and thus, PolicyCoach was born.
Experience in the insurance & basketball industries have molded our style of coaching, helping us become expert problem solvers enhancing our ability to improve performance and deliver results. Whether working with elite athletes or businesses and families, the approach is the same: scout strengths & weaknesses, develop a plan of action for execution, and ultimately achieving the goals set out that lead us to victory.
